The Role
The role is responsible for analysing and sharing insights around the actions and behaviors that users are performing on websites through analysis of user journeys, session-level metrics (time spent, conversions, activity), and in-page behaviors (clicks, hovers, scrolls etc). We’re looking for someone with a passion for data and interest in digital user experiences. We are a fast growing Digital Experience team so you will gain unparalleled, first-hand experience in the digital business strategies.
The Main Responsibilities
- Work with a wide set of internal stakehlders – Sales, Support, Operations etc
- Build full UX analysis reports using raw data and data extracted from UX monitoring tool
- Present the analysis and insights to internal DX team stake holders
- Be an identified expert of UX monitoring and Feedback collection tool / data captured in those tools
- Perform exploratory analysis to find opportunities for new features
- Generate deeper insights into online customer behavior
- Innovate and contribute to Product evolution – Spec definition, prioritization of the roadmap, suggestion of improvements
- Be a touchpoint regarding insight generation & data reliability for internal resources – Sales, Support, CX, UX, Product team
- Innovate and build new analysis methodologies and data visualizations
- Analyze customer feedback for customer pain points and success factors. Provide reccoemdnations to overcome pain points and build upon success factors
- Responsible for creating and leading action plans from insights that improve bottom line results
- Training other teams on how to use and get results
- Prepare and present value-added analyses/reports to key stakeholders
- Monitor usage metrics, understanding business-based explanations for large-scale trends and patterns in customer lifecycle behavior
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent education
3-5 years of related experience
Experience developing compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting (Looker, Tableau QlikSense)
Detail-oriented with proven aptitude to make data-driven recommendations and solutions
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including MS Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to attend many meetings while achieving deadlines
Technical:
Knowledge of statistics or mathematics
Hands-on experience with SQL/database-querying
Prrogramming exposure preferred – Python, R
General abilities in making sense of big data are extremely valuable
Analytical:
Strong problem-solving skills using data to tell a story; driven by data and results
Analyze and report on key trends, anomalies, and campaign specific results
Blend and analyze data from variety of sources – UX monitoring tool (ContentSquare), online feeback collection (OpinionLab), GA360, Marketing Cloud
Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve customer engagement, digital adoption, drive digital sales and improve other key growth objectives
Constantly evolve analytics and reporting by driving new initiatives to contribute to business goals
Preferred:
Experience with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning based projects
Experience ContentSquare and / or OpinionLab
Ability analyze data at scale from API feed
Experience with Google Marketing Platform
