Job Detail:

Junior Analyst – Supply Chain-remote-W2-USC ONLY – Salary range $65000-85000 /yr

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience:
• Analyzing and managing large data sets using a variety of advanced computer skills, with extensive experience using Excel (Tableau and/or SQL preferred), using including database maintenance and data reporting, maintenance, mining and cleaning
• Working with or within the Department of Defense, other institutions within the defense community, or related supply chains/industries; particular preference for candidates with experience working with Department of Defense databases
• Working independently analyzing data to discern trends, identify business opportunities, track KPIs, and report on supply chain performance/inventory management

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, transportation, and supply
• Ability to independently conduct data analysis, internal reporting, research, forecasting and analytical support across the end-to-end supply chain management
• Experience coordinating with fellow professionals on cross-functional teams working on complex projects to improve performance
• Record of success identifying areas of opportunity in the supply chain process and developing methods/approaches to improve performance
• Strong problem solving and time management skills, including troubleshooting data

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
