Project Description

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks. Luxoft is looking for a CLM and Fenergo experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Product Consultant (PC) to join our growing CLM practice and work on upcoming opportunities.
You will work with the client to design and optimise their CLM solution in line with Fenergo’s product offering.
You will be required to gather and document client business requirements; understand the client’s business model and processes; regulatory and operational challenges; lead design workshops to resolve design issues with the client; support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle [SDLC], and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
This is a client-facing role, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships with the client and project teams and act as the first point of contact with the client’s senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Plan the analysis approach, stakeholder engagement model, and governance plan for new projects and opportunities, identifying key performance improvement areas.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit solution requirements to ensure innovative, smart scalable solutions which adhere to the Banks standards are identified.
• Liaise and assist the wider Agile team members to ensure delivery of the required solution, through walkthroughs, estimates, peer reviews, testing assistance.
• Perform analysis of the current state, and future state requirements. Provide solution options, along with high level estimates, impact assessments and technology recommendations.
• Create well-written and elaborated epics, stories and sub-tasks which can be reviewed by the business and utilized by the development and testing for implementation.
• Highlight project risks, suggest how they might be mitigated, manage and actively monitor the risks to reduce the likelihood of occurrence.
• Ensure that changes to the requirements are tracked, maintained and implemented in accordance with the defined change management procedures.
• Ensure requirements and designs are aligned, and traceability is maintained from bank policies through to epics, stories, tasks.
• Classify issues as bugs or enhancements. Reproduce issues and perform root cause analysis. Provide solution proposals.
• Contribute and support the creation of training material and guides.

Skills

Must have

• A minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a technology Business Analyst is required
• Good working knowledge of Fenergo including Entity Management, KYC, Tax Regulatory Due Diligence and User Access modules.
• Banking domain experience
• Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written English communication skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, models and technical information to a non-technical audience, and business information to technical audience
• Demonstrates creative thinking by generating new ideas and concepts and identifying new ways of doing things.
• Strong problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis
• Ability to quickly absorb and learn new systems, methodologies and types of information.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, discussions and meetings with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Capable of working independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, Mura

Areas requiring Fenergo knowledge include:

• Triage/Rapid Resolution
• Capability Enhancements (e.g. KYC, Regulatory Due Diligence, Tax)
• Cyber e.g. Identity and Access Management (IAM), password rotation and session management, database encryption, database activity monitoring and blocking
• Reporting i.e. using VDM/ODM

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a software language such as, Python, SQL, Java is an added advantage
• Proficient in offering design solutions, clear even in a complex context
• Good leadership skills in order to elicit and prioritise requirements and co-ordinate project stakeholders
