Overview of Sampling team and the role:
Sampling team plays the major role in any primary market research project, having great sampling practices and team will help the organization achieve its revenue as well as strategic goals.The Fieldwork Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to the sampling for quantitative projects and assisting the sampling coordinators in making sure the projects are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client. The Fieldwork Assistant liaises with the vendors and freelancers, and the panel recruitment team to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the allocated sampling tasks. The fieldwork assistant will also be responsible for setting up dynamic audience criteria for all projects.Each member of this team should have great attention to details, extreme diligence in day-to-day work, dedication to company & personal goals and passion for success.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the exclusion lists on quantitative upon request of the sampling coordinator
- Gather feedback from or send updates to partners when requested by the sampling coordinators
- Assist procurement coordinator in commissioning and setting up partners
- Work on haddock tasks upon request from the sampling coordinators or line manager
- Create surveys and select common soft criteria for all projects.
- Update dynamic audience criteria based on the screener.
- Setup dynamic profiling questions approved by Fieldwork Director
- Manage and control of sampling of low complexity market research projects
- Build a sampling plan for the low complexity projects allocated
- Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, segmented emails and other custom recruitment solutions
- Ensure projects are completed in line with timelines stipulated by the client
- Come up with alternative sampling strategies when internal panel sample is not sufficient to reach total sample sizes of projects
- Pro-actively seek alternative sample strategies and think about response rate and costs on each project
- Have a good understanding of sampling performances and costs at a project level
Pre-requisites for hiring:
- Proficient at Excel
- Fluent in English
- Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data
- Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment
- Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform
- Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills as the role involves working on a variety of projects to generate effective results
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing healthcare primary research projects is a plus
- Should be able to prioritize task and work independently to solve problems creatively
- Willing to work in US shift
