Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Core skills/ Knowledge Communication able to engage with a range of stakeholder across all business areas (Technology, Operations, IT Support) and articulate technical concepts and findings, tailoring the content and style to the audience.
- Attention to detail able to pick up on errors and produce accurate, quality work for our clients.
- Analytical skills able to analyse and interpret key facts across various data sources, providing stakeholders with clear and concise recommendations and reports.
- Organisation able to effectively document and track client inputs and project deliverables, working to multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to deliver at pace and produce high quality output.
- Must be proficient using tools such as Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Visio (or other process mapping tool).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Interpreting and understanding various data sources and documentation, recording Findings, and articulating them back to project and client stakeholders.
- Planning, facilitating and/or leading workshops with key client stakeholders from across the organisation to gather and validate information to support project delivery.
- Working with stakeholders to map business processes and services using a process mapping tool (such as Visio, Blueworks, etc).
- Participating in risk assessment and identification efforts, and determining the impact and likelihood of risks impacting businessservices/ operations.
- Client consulting or industry experience working within the Financial Services Sector Example
- ITIL/ Service Management IBM Cloud/GCP/AWS/Azure Certification DevOps/ AI Ops.
