Plan, create and maintain highest quality of documentation that can provide extensive understanding of the Majesco products.
Participate/Define documentation strategy coverage for the product suite that aligns with the release scope and ensures a thorough understanding of the capabilities.
Participate in the functional business scenario walkthroughs to understand the application and features. Apply knowledge acquired to different documentation deliverables as applicable.
Constantly looking for opportunities to automate the processes and ensure reusable content so that changes are made and tracked consistently across all areas of the system
Clearly highlight and headline the major deliveries so that the user spots the changes and finds it interesting to read the new content (Release Notes, Whats New, Website Content writing)
Work with the Product SMEs BA s to document examples and process flows in the documentation integrated within the application
Build, enrich and maintain the knowledge base and Product Portal with the most current information.
Create tutorials to help end-users use application.
Develop custom macros, innovative approaches, and utilities to increase productivity and provide suggestions for automation.
Embrace documentation development processes and adhere to SAFe practices to ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
Work in collaboration with Developers, Architects, BAs and implementation team to ensure functional coverage and resolve issues.

All About You:
5 years experience in documentation of packaged products and 7 years of overall experience
At least 1 years of experience of technical documentation (not functional)
Good expertise of creation of various types of documentation (functional/technical), Offline (Word/PDF) and online documentation (Confluence/Online Help).
Strong working knowledge of automation documentation tools such as RoboHelp, Screen Capture and Editing tools, video creation software such as Camtasia, ActivePresenter.
Knowledge of HTML JavaScript coding, JSON, and CSS styling language.
Willing to be an individual contributor as well as work in collaboration with different teams.
Should have inclination to automate things rather than to manually execute repetitive tasks.
Good understanding of Document Management methodologies, Life Cycle and processes.
Detail oriented good analytical, problem solving skills.
Effective communication, very strong written English, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
Ability to think of end-to-end business flows and bring in an end user perspective. For example, suggest UI enhancements, textual enhancements etc. based on the exposure to documentation and any inconsistencies found
Clear track record of being a self-starter with demonstrable outcomes that show a clear benefit to the organization in the current role. Work in collaboration with different teams.
Domain knowledge in Property and Casualty Insurance would be an added advantage.
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree (or global equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
8 years of experience within a software services environment; technical writing, product documentation or online publishing.
Good understanding of business processes in the area of Group insurance or individual life insurance.
