Job Detail:
Position: Project manager/Business analyst
Location: New York (Hybrid, 2 days a week)
Manhattan, NY and White Plains, NY
Work Focus:
- CMS system modernization project support (E-banking transformation PJ)
- Co-work with UIUX improvement team and client migration planning team
- 6 months engagement (contract will be considered for renewal depending on the performance)
Qualifications:
- 3 years, relevant experiences as business analyst, product analyst, or data analyst in financial services, fintech/start-up, product management team, and/or agile development environment; a degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields is a plus
- Comfortable working with cross-departmental matrix organizations to identify opportunities and drive change
- Detail oriented, strategic thinker who can converge ideas into tangible products and ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into technical designs
- Ability to set clear expectations, identify risks, and escalate properly
- Strong verbal and communication skills in English and related interpersonal skills; Japanese is a plus
- Understanding and experience in agile, microservices, cloud, containers, APIs and/or familiarity with fintech trends; relevant certification is a plus
- Experience collaborating across business and tech sides, to create value
- Fluency with various project support and documentation tools such as JIRA
- Banking experience is a MUST
