Please find below Job Description for the same: Job Purpose:Reporting directly to Team Leader, the role shall be primarily responsible for securing and managing all financial activities on ships worldwide covered by our global contracts Job Duties:Sr NoDescription1Manage finance hub processing staff and activities within the S5 guidelines2Hands on leadership of the processing team in performance of duties3Manage S5 systems as required4Validation / Quality checking of Processed DA of charterer agent calls.5Monitoring and management of all rejection and disputes raised by processing team and client.6Monitoring the agreed Client specific KPI’s with Team leader.7Understanding and knowledge of operational accounting reports8Ability to run reports from finance database and build management reports using the data9Testing the AN/AW system and contributing ideas to improve the system;10Daily contact with regional Hubs and further stakeholders;11Adhering to S5 quality management/HSSE systems12To train and manage staff remotely in other finance hubs13Train clients both face to face and remotely Internal Contacts: Management finance hubs, IT, financial department, S5 regional hubs, client managers, S5 management External Contacts: Customers, Ship management, port authorities/vendors, suppliers, sub-agents, charterer’s agents Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Sr NoDescription1Have at least a B.com completed and a shipping-related training is a plus;2Job experience as Shipping Hub employee is an advantage;3Have good communicative skills and a good knowledge of English, both speaking and written;4Empathy and patience5Affinity with IT systems;6Should be comfortable working in US Shifts7Ability to work with international contacts and have a global perspective
