Position Summary:

The Global Supply Chain Integration Services (SCIS) business unit is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst, based in Rosemont Illinois. The SCIS Supply Chain Analyst will join a team providing consulting and support services to multiple markets with a primary focus on the US business.

The Supply Chain Analyst will support the development and training of technological solutions to meet the business objects. This includes analyzing specific and complex business problems to be solved with applications. Embedded within the Supply Chain Team, the analyst will assist in the identification and implementation processes and procedures within application that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Suggest and lead process improvement initiatives addressing gaps across all three pillars: business processes, people knowledge and system enhancements.
  • Promote adoption of existing and new system features to rationalize and improve market performance.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring of key planners/users. Development of training materials and solution description documentation in accordance with templates.
  • Accountable for critical incident and problem management across customer and supply chain solutions.
  • Manage issue resolution and escalate appropriately based on levels of urgency with customers, helpdesk personnel and developers using solid negotiation and conflict management skills. Run root-cause analysis and post-mortem assessments with Vendors, RH & MBIT.
  • Create and maintain production support documentation, process documents, test scripts and end user instructions.
  • Help the business implement technology solutions, including managing the requirements of a project or program and communicating progress clearly to all stakeholders’ levels.
  • Manages Change Control procedures for the region in coordination with RH, Global IT and Market Leads (business leads, market owners and key users).
  • Provide guidance to system behavior, develop user stories, identify scenarios which would be suitable to test, create test scripts and coordinate the execution of the user acceptance testing.
  • Carry out risk assessment, including reporting issues, delays, risks to the market business and to SCIS management and SCIS governance board.
  • Create positive relationships with market’s Subject Matter Experts and managers through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
  • Support the market in their KPIs review and the development and execution of the improvement’s plans.Ensure proper socialization and understanding of KOMPASS, BI and Customer Solutions initiatives
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2+ years of related technical experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science or like discipline.
  • Ability, aptitude, and drive to learn project management with on-the-job training, self-learning, and some formal testing.
  • Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements.
  • Proficient in gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases, while providing visual mock-ups of design specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a systematic way.
  • Personable, team player with a collaborative approach, and ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Ability to travel to regional destinations (US & Canada)
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building through cross functional alignment and delivery of initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and interpret multiple sources of data and reports to determine the best course of action
  • Critical thinking skills required to analyze data with ability to define root cause, and corrective action
  • Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Excellent task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills required.



Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with process mapping, including Salesforce or similar CRM Products
  • Data analysis – experience writing SQL queries to pull data, Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI or other reporting solutions.
