Implementing dealer management systems & Digital Applications in the network and managing post roll out support.
Responsibilities:
A good understanding of the consumer facing technology landscape/ auto trends, e-commerce platforms
To improve the existing business processes and suggest the same to the development team
Work very closely with sales, marketing & network department, after-sales service, and IT Teams to build/enhance & implement technology products
Working with multiple technology teams for defining the interface touchpoints for DMS system
Good Knowledge of Systems & Processes
Ensuring Connected customer experience through implementation of Digital Initiatives
Relationship Development
To improve quality of sales and dealer systems & Process
