Junior Business Analyst
*Job description* :
1.Understanding and gathering business requirements from stakeholders/ops team/senior management to define scope of project and properly documenting the same using use cases, wireframes etc.
2.Coordinate with operations team and the software vendor, thereby communicating system requirements on continuing basis. Updating senior management on the same.
3.Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documents.
4.Creating and reviewing wireframes ,test scenarios, test cases , perform testing , provide estimates for successful deployment of software.
5.Provide user training.
6.Maintain system processes including delivery of daily/weekly/monthly Status and MIS reports of HR software.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Knowledge of the maritime or shipping industry is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹20000 – 35,000.00 per month based on interview and experience
