Asset Management Analyst II-2

Overview

Role performing raising hardware Purchase Orders/maintain stocks of information technology (IT) assets. Individuals in this position should work relatively independently, yet in conjunction with directional guidance and direction of the Customer Network Engineering leads

Role:

Create/Maintain hardware inventory locally and globally, troubleshoots issues, and provides updates to senior roles
Raise Purchase orders and receive invoices for network hardware
Share timely reports on the hardware inventory/ongoing orders/forecast
Researches IT vendors, and solicits, receives and analyses proposals in compliance with legal and corporate policies
Respond to user inquiries about MasterCard’s software and hardware needs
Participates in the administration of the IT purchase and inventory system and management system, and supports senior roles with database maintenance and data review

All about you
Four year degree in a related field (or certifications and comparable experience)
Able to coach less experienced IT team members
Knowledge of raising PO and receiving invoices
Advance excel knowledge preferred
Exposure to procurement or vendor management
Basic Networking knowledge(Hardware and Software)
