Overview
The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of MasterCard’s various customer segments. The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.
Ekata, a Mastercard company, is the global standard in identity verification, providing businesses worldwide the ability to link any digital transaction to the human behind it. Our Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only of its kind, uses complex machine learning to combine features derived from the billions of transactions within our proprietary network and the data from our graph to deliver industry leading risk assessment solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem solving with the ability to work cross-functionally to support the analytical needs of the organization. They will be able to leverage data to build dashboards, answer key business questions, and tell compelling stories.
In This Role You Will
- Define, track, and manage key performance metrics and insights across teams, programs, and business units. Provide metrics and reporting that drive key decisions and actions from business partners and leaders.
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL pipelines to combine data sources and prep them for analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments like Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to help incorporate the insights derived from the data to facilitate a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Develop interactive and effective dashboards that communicate business performance and insights.
All About You
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data analysis, developing visualizations, and producing reports from multiple data sources
- Highly proficient in SQL and BI reporting and visualization tools (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Some scripting knowledge or willingness to learn (python preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
