Role
- Supports regions, business units, and functions as a dedicated Collateral administration subject matter expert
- Supports Risk managers with collateral administration, including responding to inquiries timely
- Responds to customer inquiries timely and effectively utilizing preferred GBSC tools and reporting
- Supports accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards
- Leverages performance management tools and reporting to track progress and consolidate operational results
- Escalates areas of operational risk and opportunities making specific recommendations on resolutions
- Identifies & Assists with the implementation of process improvements
- Performs, updates and maintains existing access and reports from various banking systems
- Supports SOX compliance and assisting with control improvements
- Supports special projects as requested; provides ad-hoc support to senior management
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance, MBA Preferred
- Experience with Collateral Administration and/or Risk Management
- Experience building trusted relationships with business partners
- Experience managing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive behavior among diverse stakeholders to achieve timely results
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Comfort around all levels of the organization
