Roles and Responsibilities
Actively participate in discussions on solution options and business partner decision making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture.

Senior Business Stakeholders to ensure that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges Business Process Owners to develop and maintain the business relationship, support business process change and act as point of contact for deployment and change Site Business customers to identify business needs, mentor local manufacturing staff, and effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands IT Delivery and Support to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective testing so that the solutions delivered to the business are efficient and effective, meeting the customer experience expectations.
Must develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and understand the operations of the business.
The job holder will be a key member of the product management team responsible for understanding the client requirements, managing client expectations regarding these requirements and ensuring that product enhancements / new features are incorporated as a part of the product in line with the prevailing and emerging market trends – Requirements Gathering.
- You will be the main communicator between the customer support team and the development team.
- You will have to have a good relationship with the developers in your team and know their strengths and weaknesses.
- Very agile mindset to deliver on questions and tasks. You understand when you need to change priorities
- Analytical: you are fast in gathering the necessary requirements and asking additional questions when information is insufficient. You dont mind asking around across other teams and departments.
- Precise and accurate follow-up skills: you are the master of all priorities and tasks that are on your todo.

Requirements
- Excellent team player, ability to work in a global team and follow through on deadlines
- Keep the ticketing system (JIRA) regularly updated with estimations, progress, problems you are facing, due dates etc.
- Report to your lead about queries, assistance, status, any other needs etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Significant Business Analysis / Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment).
Experience in Requirement Gathering, Preparation of Documents, BRD,FRD,SRS,Use Case, UML,ER Diagrams & Flow Charts.
Individual should be proactive, a creative and pragmatic thinker, looking beyond the scope of requests being made.
Strong analytical aptitude, able to analyze complex/ambiguous requirements and able to identify and drive value for the business.
Ability to work in a Global model, influence stakeholders and increase ownership at a local level Must have thorough business knowledge and analytic skills Knowledge about SDLC.
Ability to work with business and IT leadership on the messaging and value (think-feel-do).
Strong stakeholder relationships and stakeholder management skills – proven track record in working as trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex CM challenges and influencing effectively at different organisational levels.
What you will need to have :
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization or equivalent with programming experience along with Business Analytics.
- 2-6 years experience as Business Analyst
- Sound logical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
