Job Description
MCA, Inc, is looking for a talented, energetic individual with a background and interest in creating elegant software solutions for customers by MCA, Inc. is looking for someone with a background in project management as well as strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment. Through MCA, Inc., you will have training in MCA, Inc’s principles, and methods, specifically Agile Construction®
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements
- Collect all requirements, ideas and primary information from clients and stakeholders
- Analyze user’s needs and adapt client’s idea to the real needs of the user.
- Define the solution and/or product roadmap
- Gather information into the specification document for the software development team, including user stories and use cases Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements or resolve issues
- Creating user personas based on detailed user research to help design more effective products
- Creating documentation such as user manuals or training materials to help customers use new software effectively
- Gathering data on user needs, system requirements, and other factors to identify potential problems before they occur
- Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation
- Estimating costs and identifying potential risks associated with new projects
- Communicating clearly and effectively with users and other stakeholders to gather requirements and explain solutions
- Developing plans for implementation including timelines and milestones for project completion, including supporting user testing to achieve business goals
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have technical background and education, be able to work independently and use a structured approach to learning and problem solving.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Software development team experience required
- Solid skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Adapt to using Microsoft Project and/or the Jira/Atlassian suite
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strength in people management, trouble shooting, systems, process and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, while being self-motivated and maintaining a positive attitude while working under pressure.
- Systemic organizational skills.
- Authorized to work in the US
