and Payer for Medical Benefits. This position works with stakeholders to elicit,
understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate requirements so that
business and/or technical delivery teams can execute effective solutions. This
requires a detailed understanding of internal customer needs, as well as business
vision and strategy. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills
in order to effectively collaborate with business users, project teams and technology
teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide consultative support to Product teams during deep-dive discovery and refinement
- Facilitates gathering and documenting requirements for project and product implementations
- During integration, serve as the first line of escalation for project team members in regards to inquires related to product functionality, solutioning and issue investigation
- Analyze strategic business needs to identify optimal configurations
- Promoting adoption and supporting ongoing maintenance of Best Practices through project lifecycle and after
- Works closely with the Project Manager, Product and Quality Assurance Analyst on all integrations
- Is an expert on our Payer applications and business
- Review technical requirements from a business or functional perspective
- Perform client demos or training as needed
- Suggest areas for process and productivity improvements within the team
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical or Healthcare Related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years experience in Business Analysis or analytical work
- Experience with requirements gathering and working alongside technical resources
- Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Ability to work independently and remain flexible and organized throughout projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- The ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
- Experience in healthcare a plus
