We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join our team.
Job Description
McKesson is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to help manage and improve the quality of our item attributes, with a focus on warehouse data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create audits to evaluate, research and, if necessary, correct initial settings and changes to key fields
- Work with corporate and warehouse operations project teams to build new processes relating to control of item attributes and other warehouse data
- Create, maintain and distribute standard and ad hoc reporting
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and end user documentation
- Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting
Minimum Requirements
2+ years’ experience in analytics or data related fields
Critical Skills
- 1+ years’ experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Sum/Ifs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods
- Strong attention to details
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Experienced with data visualization technologies like Tableau and Power BI
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong report presentation skills
- Experience with JD Edwards E1 or another ERP software
Education
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
