Job Detail:
Melon seeks to add a Salesforce BA to add to our enterprise Mulesoft and Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will be handling technical requirements to build out integrations and document our configurations to support what our developers will be doing in our engagements, documents to be shared with our end-client. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience eliciting technical documents and other BA activities in the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are open to FT and contract resources.
Required Skills:

Mulesoft, API integration, Data mappings and documentations, commerce experience a nice to have

Understanding of Salesforce best practices to avoid scalability issues for enterprise as well as small to medium business usage

Experience with configuration and data migration tools when going between Salesforce orgs (i.e. SF DX, Ant, Gearset, Force.com IDE, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills; clear ability to communicate and document development methodologies and trade-offs.

Remain current on SF best practices, tooling and upcoming features.

Ability to understand general business requirements and configure out of box solutions declaratively.

Good understanding of tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX

Clear understanding of complex managed package structures; includes dependencies and extension packages.

Good understanding of Process Automation, Business process logic and ability to design using documentation tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.

Strong Technical Business analyst skills for over 5 + years
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

3-5 years of Salesforce Platform experience.
