Job Location: Mumbai
- You will work collaboratively with design/development/analyst colleagues in order to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business
- You will aim to deliver early value to the business and incremental value thereafter
- You will facilitate requirements gathering through sessions with business users and the delivery team
- You will work closely with the Power Platform support analysts to ensure that solutions are in a supportable and stable condition before deploying to production
- You will ensure documentation across our solutions is maintained to our standards, enabling future development as well as satisfying our support function
- You will be a key member of a small team of analysts and will share and collaborate with them on project work as well as internal team processes
- You will “own” the end-to-end delivery of software and the relationship with the business stakeholders
- You will perform systems analysis and data analysis where required to support the delivery team
- You will escalate issues early, engaging the business stakeholders where delivery dates are impacted
- You will collaborate with other teams across technology to define best practices in analysis and process
- You will perform light-touch project management where required
- You will develop and maintain strong business user relationships
- Identify and communicate requirements in and out of scope of the solution
- Create and present compelling business cases to justify the value of solutions and gain appropriate approval, funding and prioritisation
- Model complex business processes and system workflows, using a suite of tools to map out the end to end processes and workflows
- Be comfortable with unfamiliarity and confident in facilitating meetings effectively to reach the desired outcome and integrate the needs of our different stakeholders to produce an overall solution
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues, influence where appropriate, and be comfortable in explaining concepts to people with different levels of business & technical knowledge, varying style and content to suit the audience

COMPETENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (KEY):
- 5+ years working in technology
- 3+ years working in a technical business analyst role
- 3+ years working in a highly regulated environment such as Financial Services
- Must have very strong problem analysis and investigation skills and be able to find creative sustainable solutions
- Knowledge/experience of agile development practices and have worked under an agile methodology
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with end users and technology stakeholders
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work reliably without close supervision and used to working in a structured environment with clearly defined procedures and controls
- Good interpersonal skills are key, the candidate must be able to work well with other members of the team, management and business users
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):
- 3+ years working in asset management or wealth management
- Experience of business and process analysis
- Understanding of the Power Platform tools and ecosystem, including Power BI
- Understanding of the wider O365 stack of technologies and Azure
- Experienced in issue/problem management – on both technical and user/process basis
- Experience of Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence)
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:
- Graduate in any discipline
