- Output from new data shares scanned to be sent to the relevant Data Share Owners
- Event analysis outcome(done by Enterprise Security), requests for remediation and reminders are sent in line with SLAs
- DLP Scans against Legacy Shares can be run in line with the agreed schedule and / or in response to ad-hoc requests from colleagues or Enterprise Security management
- Individual items can be quarantined, and subsequently restored to the Data Share Owner in line Enterprise Security policies and / or ad-hoc requests from Enterprise Security
- The list of Orphaned Data Shares is managed in such a way that access is removed from all users following the completion of companywide communication plan, with access restored on an ad-hoc basis in line with the Policy and process agreed within Enterprise Security
- The ownership data for all Data Shares is maintained prior to being transferred into UAA in line with the processes and timeline agreed by the UAA team
- Queries from Data Share Owners regarding the actions they need to take, and how to go about them can be handled to the satisfaction of all parties – DSOs, Enterprise Security, PruUK and M&G
- MI is produced to highlight progress, issues, trends etc.
- The Data shares/Potential Security mailbox is managed and queries answered.
- Run schedule maintenance (if business shape changes)
- Potential loading of ownership data into UAA (with Enterprise Security guidance and support)
- Providing users with details of who has access to their shares
- Monitor data flow of email/endpoints and one Drives
- Queries from File Owners regarding the actions they need to take, and how to go about them can be handled to the satisfaction of all parties – DSOs, Enterprise Security, PruUK and M&G
