1.Command Center resource

2. Managing the entire floor operations

3. Managing the client hotline phone number and shift manager emailbox to action on the P1 / MIM tickets

4. Drive incidents, SRs, Changes, and Problem tickets to closure

5. Ensure no SLA breaches

6. Ensure technical resource availability by publishing attendance report and ensure attendance during entire shift

7. Attend P1/MIM bridge calls and drive the calls to resolution by coordinating with client and technical teams
