Describe the function of the role and how it fits into your department?
This role is part of the End User Productivity Organization. The candidate will be responsible for business analysis of the ITIL/ ITSM/ITOM tools and modules used by the IT team and translate business requirements working with IT Teams. Will be responsible for aiding build consistent working functionality for our EUP platforms.

The Program Business Analyst will work within the overall program and demand management process to gather, document, and manage program requirements; create and manage templates, and support the knowledge base.

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

Understanding C#, Java, HTML, and/or equivalent programming skills & different SAS technologies is highly desired.

Help decompose requirements into backlog items, maintain those items in Azure DevOps, and ensure that Epics, Features, and User Stories are well-defined and accurate.

Will be responsible to conduct agile ceremonies

Support testing activities and related documentation as a part of the end-to-end requirements facilitation.

Support training and communication functions including creation and management of documents, emails, images, and possibly videos and other artifacts of end-user enablement.

Knowledge and experience in Excel, Budget management, Agile, HW Specifications understanding, and Procurement knowledge

Understand the big picture of the ITSM Role in Micron and related applications to deliver business requirements.

Demonstrate ability to Multitask, think out of the box & question the normal

Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and oversee delivery.

Able to create and Analyze reports for effective inventory levels.

Have minimal knowledge of different applications like SAP, Ariba, and Service Now

Gather, collate, and summarize data in support of metrics and reporting for the program

Help assess and validate proposed solutions to determine their viability and that they meet the organization’s roadmap.

Develops and implements complex business analysis plans, and performs and implements process improvement initiatives.

Collaborates with clients to modify or tailor existing analyses or reports to meet their specific needs or identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.

Develops metrics, collects data to identify the root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements, and performs cost and benefit analyses.
