JR16267 Director, DEG Hyderabad Design Center (Evergreen)
Responsibilities
- Lead a large cross-functional engineering team including product design, IP design, verification and layout functions
- Execute to the DEG charter and vision for Hyderabad Design Center
- Responsible for delivery of high-quality, on-time deliverables from all cross-functional teams
- Attract, recruit, train, engage and retain top talent to build a world-class engineering team
- Challenge the team to set and achieve stretch objectives while focusing on continuous improvement in schedules, quality and capability
- As a key leader in the DEG global team, represent the Hyderabad Design Center and help set global strategy for DEG
- Build team culture of hard work, innovation and strong global collaboration with a focus on Micron’s Values
- Recruit and develop strong first, second and third level leaders in each individual functions
- Manage budgets and cost center expenses
Requirements
- Semiconductor industry professional with 15+ years of experience
- Experience leading large (150+) multi-national cross-functional IC Design Center
- Strong technical expertise in the area of Custom IC Design
- Proven track record of innovation and global collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- International work experience is a must
Education
Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field required
