Job Responsibilities
- Explore and correlate high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources to uncover gaps to protect customers from social engineering threats , data theft, regulatory non-compliance, etc., using a variety of tools and broad range of data analy sis techniques , and generate custom alerts for enterprise customers.
- Research regulations and policies and and use data analysis to identify the gaps in an organizations operations and procedures for meet ing government and industry compliance standards
- Run e nd to e nd monitoring program s to identify and evaluate potential risks and non-compliant activity for enterprise customers . Key responsibilities include Investigation, remediation and root cause analysis.
- Assist with preparing n ewsletters and customer communications detailing the findings.
- Coordination with other monitoring teams to collect, analyze and consolidate findings for the purpose of reporting and theme identification.
- Work closely with partner teams to identify and evaluate the quality of different data sources used for key result/metric calculations and performance analysis
- Define, track and report key results/metrics to assess overall business health . Build/design dashboards to enable ongoing monitoring of business health . Work with data engineers to operationalize dashboards and ingest new data sources ( provide data modelling requirements)
- Leverage insights from the data to drive process automation and drafting revisions to detection and monitoring
- Build necessary tools and drive automation of detection techniques , working closely with the product and engineering teams
- Work with customer support teams to support investigation and response during an enterprise s time of need
- Provide technical leadership by reviewing problems , proposing new models, and reviewing analysis for the fellow analysts on the team.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 6 + years of e xperience in a technical role in any of the areas of Compliance Management, Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Cyber Incident Response, Regulatory Experts, Fraud Detection, Finance Compliance, DLP, or equivalent analytics related roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving using quantitative approaches , technical and data analysis skills , root-cause analysis, and decision-making skills and a bility to use data to tell a story
- Working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining and using big data tools and languages such as: Excel, SQL, Python, Splunk, and/or Scripting languages .
- Proficiency in using statistical/analysis/ML tools and S killed working with large data sets, data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBI , Tableau, or any enterprise data visualization software
- Bachelors/Master s degree with relevant course work toward s Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and /or equivalent work experience .
- Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions.
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration

Preferred , but not mandatory :
- Experienced with curation of Threat Intelligence , Experience analysing attacker techniques that leverage email and cloud-service tactics. Experience with reverse engineering, digital forensics (DFIR) or incident response, or machine learning models
- Experienced with direct customer communication in a service delivery role
- K nowledge of security mechanisms, k nowledge of kill-chain model, ATTCK framework, and modern penetration testing techniques , or technical degre e s or cyber security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or GIAC certifications
- Additional experience in program management experience, including defining and clarifying requirements, monitoring project execution, and communicating status to stakeholders would be beneficial
