- Acting as the key interface between the users and the product manager they gather information, document processes
- Working along with the core team on a daily basis and event- based planning
- Good Understanding of Technology and how it can be an enabler to solve Business Problems
- Should be a Self Starter, Accountable and Problem Solver.
- Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Ability to present findings and good at storytelling.
- Performing requirements gathering and analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Support a team culture where communication and respect are paramount, and where curiosity and exploration is encouraged.
- Strong desire to operate autonomously to solve problems without direct step by step guidance.
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly self-motivated and curious to understand problems and solve them
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent data, analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong foundation with data tools used to analyze and filter data
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Should be flexible with work schedule to interact with the Global team and stakeholders
