About The Position
The job is to investigate, understand and translate information and requirements to support initiative, features and help the product team to understand it. As a researcher, mediator, moderator and connector, the business analyst must bring the business needs together with IT resources and work closely with the Product Manager. Successful business analysts tend to be clear communicators, smooth facilitators and have the ability to tell a story based on their findings with supporting objective information and data.
They work closely with the product teams and various business stakeholders, Should be good at communication and should have ability to present the findings to management, Should have attention to detail. Expectations
- Acting as the key interface between the users and the product manager they gather information, document processes
- Working along with the core team on a daily basis and event- based planning
- Good Understanding of Technology and how it can be an enabler to solve Business Problems
- Should be a Self Starter, Accountable and Problem Solver.
- Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Ability to present findings and good at storytelling.
- Performing requirements gathering and analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Support a team culture where communication and respect are paramount, and where curiosity and exploration is encouraged.
- Strong desire to operate autonomously to solve problems without direct step by step guidance.
Necessary Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly self-motivated and curious to understand problems and solve them
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent data, analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong foundation with data tools used to analyze and filter data
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Should be flexible with work schedule to interact with the Global team and stakeholders
