Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications for IT development teams.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Familiarity with business process modeling and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
