Job Location: Pune
Participate in the test script preparation and testing of application software/solutions and documenting test results
Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
Create, execute DWH test cases during development phase
Validations on Azure Data lake, Synapse DW and Power BI dashboards
Report any anomalies in ETL process
Be part of DWH releases process, ensuring best quality in ETL or Power BI dashboards fixes
Enhance and support data quality checks for Finance Data Warehouse
Be able to present test results, quality raise between testing iteration.
Use advanced SQL proactively seek for new methods of finding data errors
Be a self-starter and take independent responsibilities
Exposure on ETL automation and Power BI automation frameworks
Document testing problems and resolutions for future reference, maintain defect logs and issue logs wherever applicable and support for Defect triage.
Participate in the development of technical documentation and user manuals wherever assigned
Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project
