Roles and Responsibilities
- Reporting to management and sales team.
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
- Collecting data related to the necessary tech specifications of each department and developing and analyzing computer systems that fit those specifications is a core duty of the MIS Executive.
- Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Candidate should have good knowledge wrt MIS reporting, formulas, pivot table, H and V lookup, visual basic and macros is an added advantage should have high level of integrity.
- Strong verbal and communication skills to work with peers is a must.
It will be an added advantage as we will be assigning MIS work as well. - Inform Customers About The Company’s Products/Services And Offers
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
- Identify Customers Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible
- Maintaining And Updating Database With Relevant Customer Information
- Comfortable With Working On Laptop/Desktop, Entering Data Etc
- Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company.
- Contacting Existing Customers As Well As Prospective Customers Using Scripts.
- Obtaining Customer Information And Other Relevant Data.
- Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specifications.
- Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services.
- Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals.
- Taking And Processing Product Orders In A Professional Manner.
- Maintaining The Database Of The Customers On A Regular Basis.
- Suggesting Solutions Based On Customers Needs And Requirements

- Should be proficient with MS Excel, knowledge of Advanced Excel
