What’s The Role?
This role is associated with the Reporting & Development COE: Will identify and implement new technology solutions as required to enhance the reporting platform, provide report automation & enhancements, maintain systems and develop and enable new analytical capabilities by partnering with the Business Partners. Which includes:
- Develop, maintain and document delivered solutions to ensure high level of ongoing support
- Effectively communicate advantages, disadvantages and potential risks of different approaches
- Update Manager on project status and inform him/her of any issues

Your day-to-day activities will include
- Gather and document project requirements from Business Partners / Development Managers
- Automating high-volume, repeatable tasks
- Accountable for project scope management, documentation, status reporting, and work planning
- Design flow charts and workflow diagrams for technical processes
- Obtain and extract information required for analysis from Firm systems
- Develop models, procedures, and protocols for reporting using MS Access, MS Excel, and VBA
- Considerable exposure to the operation and analysis of relational database software (SQL, Oracle, etc.,) and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies (e.g., SSIS)
- Design, develop and deploy Tableau dashboards on Tableau server. Ability to convert business requirements into dashboard views and designs.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
- Education / Experience Requirements:
o Any graduate / post-graduate with excellent technology skills with 3-6 years of work experience
o Tableau development experience of 2+ years
o Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
Problem solving skills
Project management
Quality and risk management
Business process improvement
- Capability and Skill Requirements:
o Demonstrated capabilities in:
Proven experience with information management and relational data concepts
Ability to research and analyze data
Possess strong communications, problem solving and project management skills
Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Ability to work within a virtual team
Self-motivated and able to complete projects without continual supervision
Able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
- Technology or Other Requirements:
o Advanced skills in:
Excel including pivot tables and analysis
SQL including T-SQL and SSIS /SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
VBA
MS Access
SharePoint development experience of 2+years
- Proficient in:
PowerPoint
SAP Business Objects
- Willingness to work in the 2 pm to 11 pm shift
Preferred:
- Good in business communication
