Job Location: Gurgaon
The Document Management Group is responsible for ensuring that all documents relating to a credit file are filed in compliance with MIS Record Retention Policy and Procedures. This will involve full understanding of MIS Record Retention Policy, MIS Record Retention Process and Procedures for Records Used in the Credit Ratings and Research Process, Moody’s Document Management databases and Moody’s analytical applications.
In this role, you will be required to understand an operational process of document retention and provide high level of daily support to the activity as well as support CAMS process by monitoring mailbox, performing the eligibility check for granting access to CAMS system & effectively resolving issues / queries raised by the Analysts / LOB delegates.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support an established process related to navigating the relevant data environments and uploading documents into Moody’s Document Management Systems
- Monitor the CAMS Support mailbox for approval requests & query mails and take appropriate actions.
- Evaluate, validate and approve / reject access requests to CAMS system.
- Investigate other inquiries from various stakeholders and provide fitting and satisfactory resolution; timely escalate to the LDN / NY team if required.
- Handle ad-hoc process requests as received from the stakeholders; Identify, raise and escalate the issues / concerns related to various document management systems
- Provide a high level of service to analysts and business partners, and be a helpful and responsive resource to the immediate team and managers
- Identify and update process documentations; make recommendations for efficiency opportunities
- Build knowledge and understanding of the tactical tools and broader operating environment

- Recent Graduate, post-graduation degree in any stream is a plus
- Maximum 12-15 months’ experience in service / financial industry is added advantage
- Strong MS office skills including MS Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive, continually seeking ways to make improvements in the process/team/work environment
- Willing to take ownership and pride in the process and the team’s deliverables, and motivated to provide a high level of service
- Highly organized and efficient; able to juggle multiple in-progress deliverables and move them forward
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well within a team atmosphere as a supportive, helpful team member
