    The Role / Responsibilities:
    The Senior Associate – Market & Customer Analytics is responsible for maintaining our market and client analytics database to help inform our business strategies and facilitate analysis to identify opportunities for future growth and organisational efficiencies.
    As a member of the Banking Strategy & Marketing group you will work closely with colleagues in Business Strategy and Market Development but also with other members of the Banking OU, Regional and Sales teams across regions.

    Key functions:
    Maintain and enhance market and customer database, ensure the data is up to date and correct, identify and implement data quality improvements.
    Standardize the database and data transformations between data sources (CRM, other databases) and business intelligence tool (Power BI) using database technology such as SQL.
    Analyse various types of customer and market data to prepare and maintain estimations of our addressable market size and penetration per product and country.
    Analyse sales data to identify customers consumption and adoption patterns and potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Banking OU and other MA products.
    Analyse and monitor sales and customer related metrics for products of Banking OU and prepare standard reports for different audiences.
    Prepare a dashboard of key market and customer metrics for reporting to senior management of Banking OU on a quarterly basis.
    Work closely with other members of the Strategy & Marketing team or from the broader Banking OU and assist them with timely information about market, sales or customer adoption patterns.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance or a related field. MBA would be a plus.
    Three years” of experience in finance, economics or business.
    Highly analytical, detail oriented and with strong problem solving skills.
    Proven experience working with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), DAX language, API coding, MI report design as well as CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com)
    Proficiency with SQL, other enterprise database development and software architecture skills
    Proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel.
    Ability to manage, process and analyse large quantities of information quickly and accurately to draw conclusions and actionable recommendations.
    Strong organizational, time management, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based conclusions.
    Excellent relationship-building skills, enabling you to build strong, long term relationships across teams.
