Job Summary/Goals
PBCS Administrator will support the PBCS system at JLL. This includes support in the use, design, development, configuration, and testing PBCS modules. The administrator will provide support in functional tasks of medium-to-high technological complexity. The administrator will provide support in maximizing the value of PBCS by identifying and recommending functional and technological solutions to improve business processes, enhance Planning and Budgeting functionality and meet internal and external reporting requirements while providing production and end user support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Setup of New Security / Update Existing Security Groups
In PBCS, there are specific groups that store security definitions for users to provide specific access to dimensions and modules in PBCS. These groups and users within the groups will need to be maintained daily.
Maintenance & Creation of Dimension Hierarchies (Alternate Hierarchies)
In JLL, there are six custom dimensions (Business Unit, Business Line, Function, Market, Project, and Account). These dimensions are very fluid and will need to be maintained daily. They are aligned with the tree structures in Peoplesoft. The PBCS administrator will need to keep these dimensions up to date by utilizing the dimension update functionalities in PBCS via Web, Life Cycle Management, SmartView and/or EPM Automation. Data mapping will also need to be maintained via Data Management.
Monthly Data Loading
Actual financials are loaded from FCCS into PBCS from the start to finish of the monthly end close process.
Supporting the Budget / Forecast
The PBCS administrator will be responsible with preparing, supporting and closing the current Budget/Forecast cycle globally.
Data Reconciliation
Data comes and goes into PBCS and it is the responsibility of the PBCS administrator to make sure the data reconciles between all the systems it either receives data from or sends its data to.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain all relevant documentation, specifically the process maintenance
- Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of master data, including performing & reporting on periodic audits
- Ensure that all relevant parties are timeously informed of master data changes
- Contribute to achievement of master data performance and quality standards as defined by service level agreements
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement that increase efficiency and effectiveness of MDM processes
- Seek to drive the highest standards of customer service to Finance teams globally

Skills
- 3-5yrs PBCS / Hyperion Planning administration experience
- Oracle Data Management or FDMEE experience
- FCCS experience is a plus
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Smart View
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good understanding of how data flows and systems work

Qualifications
- Finance (part-qualified, 3-5yrs experience)
