Data Analyst
Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Data Analyst to join our CGS team!
Reporting to your Manager and stakeholder, you will be responsible for working with huge data and to convert it into valuable information and insight.
You will also be involved in Account Management and interfacing with client partner customers.
Job Description
Contributing to the design, validation and support of information distributed to a variety of audiences including senior leadership.
This position will collaborate with various Stakeholders to funnel direction and feedback on design and enhancements of standard reports developed by you.
This includes analyzing data sets to propose and measure Key Performance Indicators to improve processes and procedures across the board.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis to stakeholders and management by utilizing information gathered from various data sources / reports
- Update and maintain reporting metrics as required.
- Synthesize and distill a wide range of data and information into workable, actionable items and reports
- Continuously look to improve current reporting practices and concepts
- Complete ad-hoc reporting requests from different teams in a timely manner
Requirements / Skills:
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data and connecting disparate data source
- Advanced and strong experience working with applications like MS Office, Google Suite and Tableau.
- Team-player: eager to build positive and productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you learn quickly and manage multiple activities together
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, problem solving and analytical skills
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 3-year College Diploma or University Degree in Business or Technology related field, or combination of education and experience.
- Ability to create / manage processes merging and manipulating large volumes of data from disparate sources
- Able to manage multiple projects with similar but differing requirements
- Able to work creatively to spot patterns and recognize exceptions in data
- Must possess the skills required to develop very positive and productive relationships with the client’s partners, sales teams, and managers.
- Must be able to clearly communicate on the telephone in English and demonstrate excellent business writing skills.
- Must have extensive experience with Data visualization Tools like Tableau.
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Suite with an emphasis on Excel / Google Sheets
