Job Description
This position is for a Digital Business Analyst and Data Analyst in the IT Digital Program. The Digital Transformation Program is committed to delivering an engaging online experience to all MSI customers to enable them to understand our products better, buy and service them online. In this role you will have the opportunity to review all the data we are getting across our Digital Platforms, create dashboards and provide recommendations on what areas we need to focus on to move our business forward in the Digital Space.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and monitor the digital adoption metrics dashboard
- Report on areas not performing well and propose ideas to drive adoption
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify root cause of these themes
- Look at customer support case data, search results data, google analytics, and insights from monitoring tools to identify hotspots for UX improvement
- Propose new process improvement opportunities wherever applicable
- Build a process to review and report on this data on a regular basis preferably weekly/bi-weekly/ monthly

- Working knowledge of Tableau would be a plus!
Basic Requirements
Must be pursuing a minimum of a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Information Systems, or relevant field with a graduation date of December 2023 or later.
