Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with users on establishing and updating front end workflow requirements.
- Develop established requirements to create workflow mockups
- Utilize JIRA (Ticketing system) to work with programming team in guaranteeing user reported glitches/issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between front end users and programming team from start to finish – from:
- The establishment of requirements
- Testing/feedback in staging environment (Manual testing and communication)
- Successful deployment to production (Manual testing and communication)
- Generate reports from the central application as needed and assist in interpreting the data based on their knowledge of how the team captures data.
- Assists users with login issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job.
- Basic technical experience and understanding of healthcare workflow.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
