Required Skills
· Strong SQL skills
· Python skills a big plus
· Strong analytical skills and logical thinking to produce the simplest yet robust solution to complicated problems.
· Ability to understand stakeholders’ business requirements and translate to technical requirements.
· Ability to own a project end-to-end, from understanding requirements, to formulating a solution, to convincing stakeholders that your solution works as required.
· Working skills in Python and/or shell scripting a plus.
· Basic understanding of statistics.
· Prior lending business knowledge from other financial institutions or fintech area is a plus.
· Prior experience with the following is a plus: Github or similar source control, Hadoop & Hive, AWS, VBA.
