Salary range: $59,323 – $96,751/year

Support analytics through business intelligence development, data analyses, support documentation, analysis reports, and deliverable maintenance for a variety of stakeholders throughout the health system

Detailed Description
Assist end users with navigating analytics platforms and ensuring stakeholders have access to analytics deliverables.
Create ad hoc and recurring reports through BI (Business Intelligence) applications as well as spreadsheets Perform basic to advanced ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) tasks.
Perform basic to advanced analyses within data domain. Develop and perform analysis presentations and write ups.
Support various improvement initiatives with domain based analytic support.
Develop and maintain analytic documentation related to deliverables and metadata management and ensure maintenance of recurring reports.
Assist senior analytics personnel and analytics leadership in the deployment of advanced analytic deliverables.
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure effective time management across multiple projects.
May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents


Qualifications

One (1) year of experience in decision support, analysis or quality reporting or a Master’s degree in health administration, business administration, data science, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
One (1) year of healthcare industry experience.
Experience in SQL and data reporting and visualization is strongly preferred.
Business intelligence experience in PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, Cerner HealtheIntent, Python, and/or R.
Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
