About the Role:

  • Mynd s Business Process Analyst will work strategically and analytically on critical process improvement projects across the organization, and partner with our senior management and their teams to tackle operational challenges, enable growth and innovation, and drive increased effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will build strong relationships within all levels of the organization to break down and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee process improvement projects from inception to implementation to enhance the efficiency of the operational teams
  • Investigate current workflows and process-related pain-points by observing and building relationships with operations and software teams
  • Create flow charts of existing workflows and re-create streamlined workflows to show the gap between the current and ideal states
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accompany flow charts
  • Develop, and propose detailed recommendations for implementing opportunities and moving to the ideal future state process. Present proposals to key stakeholders and management for buy-in
  • Work as a bridge between operations and software development to successfully translate operational needs to our software developers. Project manage the execution of recommendations by working closely with cross functional stakeholders through an implementation plan
  • Measure the performance of newly implemented workflows and iterate on the process for continual refinement. Establish metrics and systems to measure performance of our teams
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to identify opportunities for future efficiencies and improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related discipline; Masters degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Property Management background and experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of experience in process Improvement or business operations, and executing cross functional projects with tech and operational teams
  • Proven experience finding efficiency gains by simplifying complex processes
  • Demonstrated natural problem solver with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources. Ability to critically think through key metrics to measure success
  • Experience presenting complex organizational and process flow content to audiences of all levels
  • Expertise in efficiency measurement and change management techniques
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high growth, operationally intense, and startup environment
  • Tech savvy
  • Autonomous and highly motivated self starter
