About the Opportunity:
This newly created role will be a key member of the Nabidios Business Analytics team and will work across the Customer Success Group (CSG) Strategy & Operations and CSG organization to utilize our business systems data to analyze and provide insight into the organization’s performance. Additionally, this role will apply creativity and analytical thinking to design and implement operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting.
The role requires that you have a basic knowledge of database and business intelligence design and are eager to transform data into insight so we can utilize world-class functional dashboards, reporting, and analysis to ensure data-driven decisions are a daily part of how we work. To do this, you will work with our CSG Strategy & Operations teams to provide business insight.
A background in Tableau, SQL, or experiences supporting a pre-sales and/or a post-sales customer business is preferred. This position reports to the Sr Manager of CSG Strategy & Operations Business Analytics.
Location: OR (preferred), NY
What you will achieve:
- Coordinate with Analytics teammates to create Tableau dashboards and analytic reporting in business systems such as Salesforce that allow us to measure and effectively execute strategies that guide Customer Solutions Group actions and investment
- Own core activities for small, well-defined analytic projects of limited complexity
- Identify and resolve problems using guided instructions, and existing tools, resources, and solutions.
- Contribute to medium to large detailed projects through the use of data queries or dashboard analysis
What you will bring:
- BS degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computing, Business, Operations, or a related discipline OR 1-2 years relevant industry experience or demonstrable applied knowledge of working with Tableau or other data visualization software, Salesforce, SQL (large data sets/data warehousing).
- The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, set and meet deadlines, and deliver insightful analysis and/or models.
- Ability to work remotely & independently solve analytic problems with SQL, excel formulas, or other similar approaches
- Keen attention to detail while completing complex tasks
- Open, growth mindset and high degrees of self-motivation, fostered in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic environment

This position has an annual estimated salary of $95000, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
