The Role Context: We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be working with the Program Management Office of the Wadhwani Advantage program. The Advantage program aims to empower and train Small and Medium Enterprises for solving their business problems. These SMEs will create sustainable jobs in the economy. The Analyst is expected to be well versed with Data Mining, Data warehousing skills and needs to have excellent Excel modeling skills. S/he is expected Candidates with experience in VBA and Macros will be preferred. The candidate will be assisting the PMO to lead to maintain MIS data related to the program.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate needs to have an excellent eye for detail and need to ensure all field data collected are accurate and error-free.
- Will manage data across all internal stakeholders.
- The candidate is expected to coordinate and follow up with internal teams to keep all the datasets up to date.
- Build, Operate and Maintain datasets for all the activities undertaken by PMO.
- Need to have good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ensuring quality of data collected at source from all the field teams
- Providing weekly data updates to the EVP and help the PMO team in preparing work plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in IT, Data Science or related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in MIS and managing large datasets
- S/he must have experience in project management and program management
- Must have excellent working skills in Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
- Language Skills : Excellent command over Hindi and English
- Must have a sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, ability to work with global teams, and should have strong work ethic.
