Job Purpose
Working as a Risk and Compliance Analyst you will drive the design, development and maintenance of key risk and compliance framework for NY Programs that will cover the entire program portfolio including Damage Prevention, Inside Inspection, Leak Survey, and Storm Hardening.
- Reporting into the NY Programs Change Delivery Manager, you’ll work together to provide fantastic support to manage all risk, audit, and compliance-related tasks for the NY Programs team and more specifically, the UNY Programs.
- Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you will work closely and be aligned to our DNY based colleagues.
- This position will be part of our hybrid working approach where colleagues work flexibly, this role offers a mix of office/field and home working.

Key Accountabilities
- Willingness or experience conducting, developing and managing audit and compliance processes
- Willingness or experience of dealing with Ethical and Compliance issues and reporting upon these
- Willingness or experience of working with Internal Audit to review processes, through to resolution of concerns
- Willingness or experience of risk management frameworks and management of risk
- Willingness or experience of compiling and interpreting risk and compliance dashboards
- Has data analysis and modelling skills (Excel and/or Power BI) and a drive to constantly clean and improve data and analysis processes
- Has strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate those into actionable recommendations
- Is a proactive ‘self-starter’ with a confident level of ownership and strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent risk and compliance related work experience.
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact credibly and genuinely with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Global Procurements Strategic Sourcing Process and associated processes

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
