Basic Purpose
- Work with business partners to understand functional needs for technology solutions.
- Identifying and eliciting business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)
- Determine operational objectives by analyzing business functions, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve system automation; plan, coordinate and rollout software change/release to Controlled Testing and Production, obtain required approvals as scheduled, and transition project to Production
- Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output
- Partner with business partners and vendors to improve procedures, resolve problems, and implement initiatives; presents conclusions and recommendations to management
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify development opportunities and recommend applicable business solution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- Significant experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
- Significant experience in leading collaborative work teams
- Experience in leading large projects/initiatives which have business risk and impact
- Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
- Advanced skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations
- Advanced skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
- Significant experience that demonstrates the ability to research, compile, and document data, business processes, and workflow
- Significant experience in market/consumer research, project management, and analysis in support of strategic planning initiatives
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, OneNote, PowerPoint.
- Real Estate experience
- Ability to think strategically and analytically. A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics.
- Conceptual thinking skills complemented by a strong quantitative orientation
- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, passionate, yet responsible approach to systems analysis and solutions.

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report on-site 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting on-site will ultimately be determined by the employee’s leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and on boarding process.
Salary Range: $72,300 – $123,500 annually (Level III); $83,100 $142,000 annually (Level IV)
