POSITION SUMMARY
Ideal candidate is comfortable to use Tableau, MS Excel, has excellent analytical/logical skills with ability to analyze data, speaks English and is a hard-working person who wants to work in a dynamic surrounding.
This person will be point of contact for Hospitality Business Operations, having constant collaboration with internal stakeholders. Responsibility includes delivering accurate Operational Metrics, trending and monitoring Key Performance Indicators with target limits, regular meetings with clear communication with internal stakeholders and other team members, insight in main business drivers and independency in analytical work.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-functional collaboration with Business Operations, Deployment, Support, Sales Operations, Finance, Sales and Engineering teams to obtain and develop accurate data for business models and metrics.
- Perform regular monthly forecast report, weekly updates, analyze data on daily basis, hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders, leads the planning cycle for its region.
- Develop scorecards and dashboards for KPI tracking and enable Management to make sound business decisions informed by accurate and reliable information.
- Provide on-going analytics, metrics optimization, ad-hoc reports on request, clarifications to Management in order to support day to day decision making.
- Strong ability to gather, research, document and analyze significant amounts of data to drive decision making
- Gather data via Tableau/local Excel spreadsheets/internal stakeholders.
- Create tables and required views using Excel and Tableau.
- Analyze and derive conclusions, graphically represent them, present them with internal stakeholders.
- Study data trends, seasonality, random effects; identify issues or best practices.
- The main person for the region who knows all operational business drivers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree (Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Computer science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or similar. Other education background is acceptable if a candidate is able to match the following).
- Ideal candidate is comfortable to use MS Excel, has excellent analytical/logical skills with ability to analyze data, speaks English and is a hard-working person who wants to work in a dynamic surrounding.
- Knowledge of Tableau/Tableau Server and Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Being able to analyze the data is crucial.
- Capable to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership team.
- Excellent research, logical & analytical skills, planning and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to ‘connect the dots’ – strategic thinker/communicator
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to interact with all levels
- Able to adjust constructively with change
- Experience with MS Office Suite, especially PPT, excel, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; teamwork and collaboration skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Industry experience within Business Strategy/Analysis, internal consulting in high paced, technology-oriented environments
