ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirement gathering from Customer, Business Development and Deployment Teams
- Work on complex and variety of data to solve real-world problems in Manufacturing.
- Designing and delivering predictive, forecasting, optimization and simulation models using statistics, Machine Learning and AI programs
- Research and Design new algorithms, models and modules (Data Cleaning, Data Quality, Alert) for Bodhee AI Apps
- Manage end to end delivery of 2-3 projects in parallel by using Bodhee features.
- Present impact, insights, outcomes & recommendations to key business partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and fix the process gaps
- Manage delivery of AI Apps
- Architect, set-up and enforce MLOps for all deployments
- Data Modeling
- Own the technical testing and performance plan for their projects
- Identify and proactively tackle technical debt before it grows into debt that requires significant up- front work to resolve
- Manage integration of AI modules with UI and back-end modules in collaboration with Full-stack Engineering team
- Manage 5-10 junior Data-scientists, Data Engineers, Team Leads
- Team Management – Process Adherence, Code review, Ongoing Training & Learning
- Provide feedback on overall architecture of Bodhee by being part of Architecture Review Team.
SKILLS

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business / statistics / mathematics with proven track record of exceptional performance (discipline is flexible but enthusiasm and attitude for analytics is not)
- 5-8 years of professional experience preferably in analytics or similar profiles
- Good understanding of RDBMS (Postgres & TimescaleDB), Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL
- Hands-on experience with tools like Python, Spark, Scala, H2O, RapidMiner, TensorFlow, Keras, pytorch
- Experience in handling of multivariate time series data
- Working experience with Linux systems, Servers, Load balancers
- Docker, Jenkins, Git, Kafka
- Tableau, PowerBI, MS Excel
- Expertise in MLOps
- Data visualization and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities and aptitude
- Highly detail oriented, strong commitment to timely execution of tasks and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- Expertise in Optimization Algorithms, NLP and Reinforcement Learning
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
