Job Detail:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring technology & network equipments
2. Performing routine technical checks for all the internal as well as customer devices
3. Managing standard, high, and critical incidents to ensure timely completion
4. Overseeing all internal technology incidents and user service requests for timely completion
5. Providing incident resolution status as requested
6. Handling day-to-day incident issues and escalating to appropriate incident resolver groups and leadership as required to bring the resolution of the incidents back on schedule
7. Co-ordinating service desk/customers to ensure accurate and appropriate communications during problems
8. Taking escalations from incident management and handling them accordingly
