We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team to really make an impact throughout the organization!
The Senior Human Resources Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting and managing multiple functions within the Human Resources Benefits and Compensation function including but not limited to HRIS and Deltek Vision maintenance and file transmittals, benefits enrollments and terminations, the open enrollment process, annual reporting and filing compliance, insurance billing, and compensation reporting and analysis.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong technical proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong proficiency in reporting and managing benefits and compensation within an HRIS system.
- Knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Software) and Deltek Vision preferred.
- Knowledge of national compensation and benefits compliance procedures and current legislation.
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations associated with benefit programs.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Perform regular maintenance, updates and reporting in HRIS system as well as Deltek Vision.
- Manage benefit enrollment process for a variety of benefits, both through manual enrollment as well as electronic file transmittals.
- Administer Cobra benefits.
- Set up and manage the annual Open Enrollment process within the HRIS system.
- Coordinate and manage annual reporting and filing compliance including EEO, ACA, Workers Compensation reporting.
- Coordinate and assist in the annual 401k audit process and associated testing and reporting.
- Process monthly insurance billing and invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Assist with payroll reconciliation and accuracy as well as taxation issues.
- Assist with resolving employee questions, concerns and/or issues with benefit providers providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to Leadership pertaining to a wide variety of metrics including compensation and benefits programs, retention and turnover.
- Assist in internal and external compensation analyses and benchmarking.
- Assist in the continual evaluation, modification and development of new and existing compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
- Perform payroll backup support, as needed
- Support the HR team with recruitment and talent management initiatives.
- Additional HR related tasks as needed.
Education / Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or benefits administration.
PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS professional designation preferred.
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and strong proficiency in HRIS systems.
