Your role as our Senior Analyst – Global Tracking Team
As a Senior Analyst at Nepa, you will lead and execute reporting of client deliverables and be an integral part of our global tracking team. Your key responsibility areas would be as follows:
– Data cleaning and Data Processing
– Data analysis and report generation
– Ability to handle multiple projects independently
– Adherence to project timelines and ensure high-quality output
– Supporting functional team lead in internal administration and project work
– Supporting functional team lead in advanced analysis and insights formulation
– Leading internal development projects and process improvement initiatives.
– Ability to train and mentor analysts and contribute to skills and knowledge development.
Your profile as our Senior Analyst – Global Tracking Team
We are looking for a team player who is creative, a self-starter, and must have the ability to work independently. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. You should have demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. The detailed information on skill-sets and personal competencies is listed below:
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SPSS
– Basic knowledge of SQL
– Expertise in weighting and balancing of data
– Ability to provide strong and actionable insights on data
– Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage.
– Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
– Ensure ethical behavior and business practices
– Proactive approach to problem-solving.
A few more things
– You have a bachelor’s degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications. A post-graduation in marketing would be an added advantage.
– You have 3 to 4+ years of experience in the Market Research Industry as an Analyst/Senior Analyst would be preferred.
– Good command of oral and written English
