(This is a Hybrid Role, which will involve a mix of Remote Work (Work From Home) and On-Site Work at our Mahape, Navi Mumbai Office)

Whats the purpose of this role?
As an Organization grows, several requirements emerge which are cross-functional in nature: driving workflow automation, getting and analyzing business intelligence from various sources, enhancing and streamlining processes and developing better data systems. This Business Analyst role is intended to fulfill these requirements in conjunction with the growing business need. It is a challenging cross-functional role that will require high proactiveness and hunger, strong process orientedness, problem solving ability and technology savviness.
This role will involve improving the sync between business needs, technology tools, business intelligence being generated and business decision making. Over time, a strong candidate could hone skills in financial planning and analysis too (FP&A). There is endless amount of work that can be done here!
You will get a deeper understanding of all functions of a business, work with different functions, heads of departments and team leaders to address their business needs better and work with the latest technologies in the market. You will hone your problem solving, planning, execution and communication skills.
Since youll be working with the COO Directly, you could work on other interesting projects related to business expansion, growth, strategy. A flexibility towards this is a requirement of this job.
Key Results or Key Performance Indicators (What will I be accountable for?)
I) Improve Business Analytics and Reporting across Organizations. Get Each Team the key Business Intelligence dashboards that they need.
- Work with different functions to understand their data and business intelligence requirements
- Make tweaks to systems to enable reports to be generated
- Build standard reports for each department.
- Implement a Business Intelligence Tool that eases decision making.
- Eliminate duplicates and manual intervention across the system, which will reduce rework. People will also be able to work on more cognitive work.
II) Enhance currently implemented technology systems by understanding user pains and needs, and business needs. Drive Systems Integration Projects for better workflow automation.
- Create a canvas and roadmap of each software tool today, its usage, purpose and effectiveness.
- Take user feedback about challenges they have with existing software. Run focus groups.
- Make in-house corrections to smoothen workflows.
- Work with vendors to make systemic changes that will make workflow smoother.
- Expand the usage of current tools through integrations of different tools
- Build Authority Matrices into each software tool to strike a balance between flexibility and financial control.
- Set up various user rights across software. Implement hierarchies.
III) Implement Customer-facing tools/interfaces that enhance Customer Experience and work on internal automation
Some Sample Projects:
- Build platforms for Customer Support, Customer Enquiries.
- Implement/Build Performance Management System tool on software to make easier visibility
- Implement/Build a tool for Task management a
- Implement/Build a Service Management Platform to connect 40 member service team to office hub and allocate jobs, create reports
- Build tools for Visitor Management, Survey Taking, Barcoding for Documents etc.
IV) Work on Projects related to Strategy, Business Expansion, Growth
- Market Research/Competitor Research
- New Technology Partnerships/Acquisitions
- Business Expansion Feasibility Reports
Technical Skills
- 2-3 years of Experience working in the type of projects that are part of this role mentioned above

- Clarity of wanting to work in industry for at least 3 years, as opposed to doing a full-time educational degree in the near future.
