We are looking for a BOT Analyst who can help us dig into raw data, analyse it and draw conclusions that help in making business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of client’s business to be able to create data models for training AI BOTs
• Creating training data sets to train AI BOTs
• Leverage multiple crowdsourcing strategies to collect training and test data for DL models and help with cleansing, filtering and messaging those data
• Preparing and executing test sets to test AI BOTs post training
• Analyzing user conversations with AI bots and preparing reports on AI performance, sharing suggestions for improvement
• Enhancing and maintaining the quality of AI model over time, with continuous learning of AI BOTs from user feedback, agent feedback and live user conversations

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in related field
• Bachelors degree from a Tier I/Tier II college
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
